No Peek Chicken




Ingredients :
  • 1 box Uncle Ben�s Long Grain Wild Rice (original recipe)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • (You can add another can of water for moister rice.)
  • Chicken breasts or tenders

How to make it :
  1. In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix the box of rice, cans of celery and mushroom soup and
  2. one can of water.  I always add the extra can of water because I like moist rice.
  3. Arrange the raw chicken on top of the rice mixture�.
  4. Cover and seal with foil��
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours and �Don�t Peek!�
  6. Your house will smell amazing!

In another bowl whisk together your milk, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg until combined. Pour over bread and stir gently to coat, let soak for about 20 minutes. Spread into baking dish and bake in oven for about 50-60 minutes until center is set. In saucepan whisk together sugar, flour and heavy cream until combined. Add in your butter and heat on medium until butter melts and liquid starts to boil. Whisk until thickened slightly then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
